Ski boxes for buses are produced in two sizes, for the double decker buses in the following dimensions ( height 230cm , width 220cm , depth 70cm and weight of 100 kg ) for the single-buses and midi buses dimensions ( Height 180cm, Width 200cm , Depth 70cm , weight 80kg ) .
Ski boxes are made in a fashion that enables the installation of signaling lights (stop lamps ) and painting according to each type of bus.
Mini bus

Ski boxes for mini buses are made according to the mold and dimensions of the vehicle on which they are installed. They come in two sizes (that differ in depth) 50 cm and 70cm. Ski boxes are made in a fashion that enables the installation of signaling lights (stop lamps ) and painting according to each type of minibus.
Each of our ski boxes has a 2 year warranty for except for mechanical damages.
Ski boxes are made from modern, light and firm polyester materials with extra metal reinforcements.
Ski-boxes are installed with a stop lamp fitted to the vehicle type and a complete electrical installation which included outline lightning, additional stop lights, plate lights and interior LED lights.

Can be installed in smart connect the unit when the vehicle has an additional lock lamp on the computer.
Ski boxes are painted according to the color of the vehicle on which it is installed and they are high quality (manufactured by PPG Industries). When ordering please provide us with the factory paint code of your vehicle such as: (Mercedes – Sprinter 9147 artic white)
Carriers that connect the ski box and the vehicle are tested, and also allow quick and easy assembly and removal of the ski-box. They are made from F35mm special steel CE 47-32 which has high strength and elasticity, and additionally hardened to 10, 9quality material. Afterwards zinc is added for corrosion protection through the process of hot-dip galvanization.
The frame on which the ski-box is installed is made out of 2mm thick tubes, and is protected with a polyurethane protective black paint layer.
It is important to mention, that the ski box is installed on the existing door hinges in vans, mini buses and does not interfere with the opening of the left and right rear doors nor the ski box carrier when it comes to buses. It is possible to install a ski box even when there are no certain factory features for its installation.
